The core of the Tusk Calcium Sulphate access flooring system is made of fiber-reinforced Calcium Sulphate. As reinforcing materials, non-combustible high-grade alpha-hemihydrate single-pressed gypsum and non-toxic unbleached cellulose fibers are employed. The base and top surfaces of the core are factory bonded using a suitable mix of surface finishes such as aluminum, galvanised sheet steel, high-pressure laminate, and so on. A PVC edge band protects the panel's edges. The system has a strong acoustical sound-deadening value.

Panel dimension: 600 x 600 mm.
Thickness: 30 mm | 34mm
Top:Galvanized Iron Sheet / Anti Static High Pressure Laminate Static Dissipative / Conductive Vinyl
Bottom:Galvanized Iron Shee
Core:Natural gypsum of high density over 1600 kgs/m3
