High and medium density data centres employ the TUSK - Max air flow grill cooling technology and constantly confront different cooling issues. The consumption has increased significantly of energy while making an effort to chill a few specific racks that frequently results in the other racks cooling down excessively. This total energy efficiency is deteriorated by a regular occurrence at an information centre.
The Max air flow grill Fan Assist Module's unique airflow grill balances and assures appropriate airflow to each rack, allowing for multi-fold cooling to be provided. When more cooling is needed, the system has a special control mechanism that immediately activates. This avoids unnecessary energy consumption brought on by excessive server rack cooling. An energy-efficient electronically commutated fan, part of the Max air flow grill cooling system, manages an adjustable load dependent on the server rack's temperature. To provide a vibration-free operation, the EC fans are mechanically attached in the Max air flow grill mild steel structure.
EC fan speed modulation varies from 0 to 100%.
Max airflow grill is available with 55% opening.
